Quite warm today. will get to the 30's tonight. Nothing special.Hopefully March will bring some better weather.

Still sorta cold here, teens mostly, it's not supposed to get much warmer anytime soon. They are saying a little snow overnight tonight. The March forecast is saying colder than average for us. I hope they are wrong. I'm so ready for spring.

I hope they are wrong too. I think you live farther north than me. I'm in Indiana but in a dip that goes a bit further south than Louisville.
Last night was the first night my chickens spent without the heater. It was 60 in the coop when I closed it up, and 43 at 930 this morning.

high of 19 today, they are saying it's going to get really cold again for a few days, below zero night time temps before it goes back up into the mid to upper 30's for a few days. At least there is something to look forward to.
As of now...I am still resisting the little fluff balls at the store! No promises for the future though, I am getting weaker in my resolve the more I think about them. GIVE ME STRENGTH!

I had to work without a jacket yesterday, today it rained and in the 30's, and this weekend is supposed to have some single digits.

Well, we're expecting near freezing temps Tuesday or Wednesday, maybe both who knows. I just mowed the yard yesterday, the grass is growing like crazy.
I'll have to cover all the plants too!

Another 4 inches of snow and its still snowing. Supposed to get a foot sunday into monday:(

You sure do get a lot of snow! For the temps here I would have expected more snow than we get. ME, be careful with your back and shoveling.

We have a snowblower and the farmall cub has a plow blade on it. Its rare we actually use the shovels

Dawg I think I adapted well because I had to buy new clothes, new coats, finally getting a farm house, and really interesting weather. I have yet to be so cold I have to go inside.
