I have a psycho Houdan that's been depressed since her sister disappeared. So I had one silkie that ends up with her face in a corner all the time and decided she may be better with psycho (you never know). Psycho was always super kind to her sister. So far they spent the day together.
I also moved the silkie with the mass growth in with my 11 year old Princess fluffy britches. I figure if she would get something, it would be too slow growing to affect her. So now I have 1 silkie hen with 2 males and will have to figure out if there's a way to combine . Maybe put the hen in with the other silkie hen and put the 2 males in with the 4 big girls. I can't see silkie hens being separated if possible.

What ever combination works best for you Karen, you'll find it. I dont know much about silkies.

Silkies end up being picked on. But it appears that Psycho the Houdan is okay with her. Meanwhile her silkie mates were picking on her a lot.

Looks like silkie and psycho are okay together. I swear, my psycho Houdan has been depressed since her sister disappeared.
Houdans may look sort of like Polish but are nothing like them. They are larger and more docile. I've never had one run away from me. They have nice loose poofy feathers. I think they should be more popular than they are. The roos are beyond psychotic, rapists and won't stop crowing.
