I have one Polish who has a bright yellow face. Of course my sweetest one. She has good weight and acts normal. I think only time will tell. I also have the sister Houdan who got her sister taken. Still depressed. Maybe I should at least try her with different birds and see.

How do chickens get jaundice? From liver issues?

I guess. She doesn't act or look sick. I'll get a picture. Of course she's one of the sweeties.

The "jaundiced" chicken , it looks kinda like yellow miniscule feathers on her face and one spot of feathers on her head. Go figure. Maybe genetic. Got to take pics. They all got dried meal worms yesterday.
This whole time my father keeps telling my sister I made a mistake moving . I should fire the real estate for not selling the house with a high enough price, etc. Yesterday, stupid me writes him an email about my current disagreement with IRS. Of course I am wrong thinking that IRS made a mistake. So I wrote him back about all the mistakes they have made with me in the past 5 years . So he emails me this short email about "thanks for explaining that to me". And "Love Dad" is missing, LOL.
The biggest problems in Florida were lack of my motivation , keeping my horse at a barn which is great but had disconnected me to frequent hands on, and a back yard that would not grow anything for me in 14 years except Privet (Ligustrum). I used lots of mulch on everything else but the water still drained too fast for watering once a day. Then with all the watering it depleted the nutrients I gave the plants. In Kentuckiana here, it's more like things grow with no effort and a little water not even daily is enough. All this ground needs is aged horse manure or peat to soften or fluff up the dirt.
The biggest problem to me is lugging hot water out to melt the ice in the horse's bucket. It kills me to lug out 5 gallons and watch her suck down the whole thing in one shot. Since then, I have bought new extension cords and a heated bucket. And 5 gallon jugs and a dolly so I'm not carrying it. I can go from the house to within 5 feet of the bucket. So it's like I have the major negatives in cleaning up manure in the stall, lugging water which has gotten easier, and the "thought" of her in the cold. That's about it.

Stop telling your dad everything. Only tell him good stuff. Ignore what he says. Once you get the place fixed the way you want it will all be ok. You are doing what you want. Dont let anyone rain on your parade

Thanks! You're right, I just want it all done. I've learned my lesson (again) with Dad.
I still need to take a pic of ms. jaundice.
