Dawg said he wasn't coming unless CF shuts down.I still would like to know what really happened at CF,I think it's a great site and don't want to see it end.This is good,too.Wish I could help with the technical stuff but I'm technologically illiterate,sorry.I just noticed "moderator" under my name.When did that happen?!?!  |

I don't know how to delete yet. You have the same controls I do (admin controls). So look around and figure it out. I agree with Dawg. We should wait until cf goes bye bye.
Okay, in the upper r/h corner there's a "gear". click on that and go down to moderate, click on that and you will see delete to click on.
also, if you click on Help at the top, it gives instructions on how to do things.

Mods have admin permissions to do whatever you like. We should use the moderator area for that. Testing   |

Chickenpatti13, maryellen, dawg53 and me are administration . I can't run this myself . ![]() Some banned CF member pmd me and said that some banned people went to homestead. I don't recall but one ban tho. I was told that a new admin named Chris fired Austin and banned Havasu because he wanted everything his way. Havasu and his wife started homestead. Judging from the number of posts, Robin must have joined them as a mod sometime ago. |

New day, June 8th and hopefully you all found your way here. I can only post on 1 thread on CF, can't reply, or PM. CF may have crashed and burned. Who knows.

It looks like the forum chickenforum is gone. And all I get is typed pages without the design and pictures. Hopefully we can get this going. Karen I can still read forums and switch between threads on CF by computer. I cannot click "like" or "reply" or anything like that, I can click the "alert" button and it takes me a list of recent alerts but if I hover over "alerts" it drops down but there is nothing there, as if I have no alerts. BUT! I can do everything as normal, no problems at all from my phone. So the mobile scripting/programming or w/e must still be working, at least for me it is. And...HEY GUYS!! I FOUND YOU! (I hope that's okay and not too stalker esk) |

I am glad you found it. I set this forum up in January when the admins at CF got fired or banned or left. I think there's 2 threads at CF I can post on but can't do anything else. I'm sure those threads will close to me too.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what happened on CF? Is it a programming issue that's been ignored, or is someone shutting it down bit by bit or...?

Back in January all 3 admin were banned. One started a homesteading forum. No one said a word, just weren't on CF anymore. Robin went with them as a moderator on homesteading but stepped down because of her ill husband. Chris was the head admin of several boards including CF. He started not being around, not answering pm's. I would have
expected Robin to let us know especially me and CQ, but did not. Seems to me she got somewhat cold and distant to us after 2 of saying we thought the Inauguration was nice, which was not a political statement since anyone can have an inauguration, but she took that as the forum turning political which it was not.
Glad to see who's here so far.
