This coop is for sale and comes with chickens and feed. It's a nice open air coop and birds are up off the ground on wire. It looks like they use tarps for sideways rains also. It looks like their whole back yard IS the chicken pen and garden combined. Notice how there arnt any weeds or grass in the veggie garden, I guess the chickens ate it. The problem with open air coops are mosquitos and biting flies. I hope these birds have had fowl pox vaccines. Alot of folks around here have open air coops similar to the one in the ad, and they inoculate their birds for fowl pox.
